The New Kibbutz program helps students from German univiersities find internships at Israeli companies. The participating companies are mostly from the field of high-tech and ICT, some of them more mature, others young startups.
The scope of the internships ranges from marketing to software engineering, even technical internships are among the portfolio. The internships are unpaid, due to the visa regulations of the State of Israel, but most companies offer to pay for lunch and transportation of the interns.
At the moment, financial aid is available to students from Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia. We hope to extend this support to students from all German universities in the future.
The program takes care of the visa-application for each intern. We also give advice on how to find accomodation and other relevant questions.
